About Us
Building community through service
Bringing Tamil Americans together through education, culture, and service.
Our Story
Tamil Americans for Change was founded in 2026 by Tamil American community members who asked a simple question:
“How can we, as Tamil Americans, give back to our community and pass our heritage on to the next generation?”
The answer: Teach. Serve. Connect.
We started with the things our community needs most — Tamil language education for our children, cultural programs that keep our traditions alive, and charitable support for families facing hardship.
We believe strong communities are built through service. That's why Tamil Americans for Change exists — to channel the talent, generosity, and care of Tamil Americans into meaningful impact for families across the United States.
Our Mission
Tamil Americans for Change promotes the educational, cultural, and charitable interests of the Tamil American community — through language and cultural education, community service, and charitable assistance to families and individuals in need in the United States.
Our Values
Serving our community and those in need, with compassion and dedication.
Open, accountable operations. We earn trust through actions, not words.
Bringing together Tamil Americans across all states, backgrounds, and generations.
Helping families and youth learn, grow, and stay connected to their Tamil heritage.
